The property is close to a railway line and passing trains can sometimes be heard outdoors. All bedrooms are soundproofed.
The new 30 × 13 ft (9 × 4 m) private pool opens on April 1, 2027. It is seasonal and unheated, generally open April to October, 9 am to 10 pm, with sun loungers, mattresses and parasols. It is not available for stays before April 1, 2027; pool images are architectural renderings. The hot tub among the olive trees is already available.
Breakfast is not included. The kitchen is fully equipped, and a private chef can cook breakfasts, welcome dinners or brunch on request, at extra cost.
2 nights. From 21 December 2026 to 8 January 2027 the minimum stay is 3 nights.
