Yes. Every suite has its own A/C and heating with an individual thermostat, and the rooms are soundproofed.
Not for Florence: the free shuttle takes you into the historic center every day. A car is handy only for day trips to Chianti or Siena, and there's private parking at the villa.

It's included every day: drop-off in the historic center by 10:30 am and pick-up from 6:30 pm. For late dinners we're happy to book you a taxi or a private car.
The property is close to a railway line and passing trains can sometimes be heard outdoors. All bedrooms are soundproofed.
The new pool opens in April 2027 and is used from April to October (it is not heated). The hot tub among the olive trees is already available.
Breakfast is not included. The kitchen is fully equipped, and a private chef can cook breakfast, lunch or dinner on request, at extra cost.
